1. Scope of this Store Policy
This Store Policy covers merch sold through the Prozilli Gaming store, one-time support payments, recurring memberships, and related customer-service and billing expectations. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Orders, availability, and made-to-order fulfillment
Many merch items are produced on demand after purchase rather than pulled from warehouse inventory. That means availability can change, production can begin quickly, and cancellation windows may be limited once the order enters fulfillment.
Availability
Products, sizes, colorways, and collections can appear, disappear, or rotate without notice.
Drop structure
Some items may be seasonal, limited, or design-specific. Visibility on the site does not guarantee perpetual availability.
3. Product information, images, and sizing
We try to present product images, descriptions, and sizing information clearly, but colors, materials, crop, and scale can vary across screens, print runs, garments, and production batches.
Images
Mockups, renders, and staged product images are visual references. Final physical appearance can vary slightly from on-screen previews.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing available size details before purchase. Fit may vary by garment type and supplier.
4. Production, shipping, duties, and delivery timing
Estimated production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, provider capacity, and international routing can all affect delivery timing.

Claims
Claims should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery. Delayed claims can become harder to resolve with the fulfillment partner.
Buyer’s remorse
Because many items are made to order, general preference-based returns or exchanges may be limited unless required by law or promised at checkout.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a carrier marks an item as delivered, investigation options may be limited. We will review reasonable support requests, but we cannot guarantee replacement for every delivery dispute.
6. One-time support payments
One-time support payments are voluntary creator support transactions processed through Stripe. They are charged immediately at checkout and are not merch orders.
Support payments are intended to back the broader build. They do not create ownership, voting rights, employment status, or guaranteed personal access.
7. Memberships and recurring billing
Memberships renew automatically until canceled through the Stripe billing portal or otherwise ended. Membership perks, visibility, or structure may change as the public support model evolves.

What memberships are not
They are not equity, profit participation, shareholder rights, or contractual ownership in Prozilli Inc. or its projects.
8. Billing issues, failed payments, fraud review, and chargebacks
Failed payments, chargebacks, fraud concerns, or abusive billing behavior may result in delayed benefits, suspension of related support perks, or denial of future transactions. We reserve the right to review suspicious or abusive payment activity.
If a customer believes a billing issue occurred, we prefer direct contact first so the issue can be investigated before it becomes a chargeback dispute.
