DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

Prozilli Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and respond to valid notices of alleged infringement.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (URL, page, description).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Delaware if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with DMCA Section 512(i), we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

6. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
