• Transaction Information: When you make purchases or donations, we collect billing information, transaction history, and order details (payment card details are processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, not by us)
• Communication Data: Messages, feedback, support requests, and other communications you send to us
• Application Data: Information provided when applying to ZO Syndicate RP, including roleplay experience, character concepts, and any additional information you choose to share
• User Content: Content you create, upload, or share through our Services, including chat messages, roleplay content, stream clips, and social media posts

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type and version, device identifiers, and hardware settings

• Kick: Username, follower status, and stream engagement
• TikTok: Username and basic profile information
• Facebook/Instagram: User ID, name, and engagement with our pages
• Twitter/X: Username, follower status, and engagement with our posts
• Trovo: Username and stream engagement
• FiveM: Player identifiers, connection data, and in-game activity on ZO Syndicate RP

2.4 Information from Lisa Bot

When you interact with Lisa, our Discord bot, we collect:

• Commands issued and bot interactions
• Messages in channels where Lisa is configured to respond or moderate
• Moderation actions taken (warnings, mutes, bans)
• AI conversation history (for contextual responses)
• Platform account linkages you create through Lisa

3.5 AI and Automated Processing

Lisa bot uses AI technology to provide conversational responses and automated features. When you interact with Lisa, your messages may be processed by AI systems to generate contextually appropriate responses. We do not use your personal conversations to train AI models, but conversation context may be temporarily retained to maintain coherent interactions within a session.

4. How We Share Your Information

• Cloudflare: Website hosting, content delivery, and security
• Stripe: Payment processing for merchandise and donations
• Printful: Merchandise fulfillment and shipping

When you connect third-party accounts (Discord, Twitch, YouTube, etc.), information may be shared between our Services and those platforms as necessary to provide integrated features.

4.3 Community Features

Certain information may be visible to other users through community features, including your username, profile information, public posts, stream chat messages, and activity within our Discord servers and ZO Syndicate RP.

4.4 Legal Requirements

• AI Conversation Context: Retained temporarily for session continuity, then deleted
• Moderation Records: Retained indefinitely for community safety purposes
• FiveM Character Data: Retained for the duration of your ZO Syndicate RP participation and for a reasonable period thereafter
